Terms of Service

By accessing or using Token Prices (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Token Prices provides aggregated, publicly sourced AI model pricing information, historical snapshots, dashboards, optional email alerts, and API access according to your plan. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to breach security, scrape beyond documented API limits, resell raw data without permission, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your order confirmation.

Plans and pricing. Token Prices offers Free, Starter, and Pro tiers. Paid plans are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Prices shown at checkout are exclusive of applicable taxes and are subject to change with notice; we will not change the price of your current subscription term without advance notice where required by law.

Payment processing. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.

Taxes. Listed fees exclude sales, VAT, GST, and similar taxes unless we state otherwise at checkout. Where required, Stripe may calculate and collect taxes on our behalf.

Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry billing and may suspend paid features after a reasonable grace period until payment succeeds. We will notify you at the email on your account.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer billing portal linked from your Token Prices account (or by contacting support@tokenprices.io). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then. Downgrading or canceling does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of a billing period except where required by law.

Refunds. Subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@tokenprices.io within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.

Pricing data is collected automatically from third-party sources. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Token Prices is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or procurement advice. Verify prices with your vendors before making spend decisions.

We retain rights in the Service, branding, and compiled datasets. Provider names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Your use of Token Prices does not grant ownership of underlying provider intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Token Prices and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data arising from your use of the Service.

Aggregate cap. Except where prohibited by law, Token Prices's and its affiliates' total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Token Prices in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Exclusions. The limits above do not apply to liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Basis of the bargain. You acknowledge that Token Prices has set its prices and made the Service available in reliance on these limitations, and that they form an essential basis of the agreement between you and Token Prices.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. You and Token Prices agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum in those courts.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants you mandatory protections under local law, nothing in this section deprives you of those rights where they cannot be waived by contract.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice where required.
